Impex Ltd is currently introducing a Contract that covers Software related problems to further the commitment we wish to grant to our customers and to further their choice with regards to a better standard of service and quality that will give them the best we have to offer. Essentially all software related problems will be called into our office and one of our technicians will then remotely connect to the clients computer diagnose the problem and if possible resolve the problem. This has the advantage of a very fast turnaround of solving problems and hence we are able to offer this service at an incredible price.


Types of Services:

This Contract will cover any and all software related problems. However, it will not include the re-installation of the operating system. A pre-requisite for the Remote administration software is for the client to have a permanent connection to the Internet (e.g. ADSL), however, an analogue dial-up connection can also be used but the Contract prices will be negotiated at the time of the signing of the Contract.


Conditions:

Contract Duration 12 Months and payments (if any) upon signing of the Contract.
Contracts will cover clients using IBM compatible PCs only.
All work to be carried out will be during normal working hours, however, other times may be chosen at the discretion of Impex and with the consent of the Client.
